CPC applies a four-step approach in developing a strategic marketing communications campaign for clients:
Research/Discovery - As part of our research and discovery step the CPC team meets with its clients to gain information, review past campaigns and media outreach efforts and any current or past research findings. This step helps to enable the CPC team to effectively design a strategic and tactical plan for implementation.
Strategy Development – Once the CPC team has gathered the necessary information to create a successful campaign strategy, we assign your account team, create a plan of action, develop a realistic timeline and identify tools needed.
Execution - During the execution phase your CPC account team rolls up its sleeves and works vigorously on your behalf in order to complete the action items identified in the work plan.
Measurement of Success – At the end of the execution phase CPC will provide you with proven positive measurements of the campaign results. The evaluation of the communication strategies are analyzed using both qualitative and quantitative data.
